 		Make this file available for your users.

  MODEL.DEF     A TXT file explaining what we look for in Amateur.
		Place as a bulletin and/or make it available for 
		your users to Download.

  K&SANSI.ANS   Made with TheDraw. The HELLO ansi to be used when you
		are an official release site.

  K&SANSI.BBS   Made with Wildraw. The HELLO ansi to be used when you
 		are an official release site running WILDCAT 3.0+

  NATIONAL.APP  Model release form for our national model. Details inside
		file.  Make available for your users to Download.

  READTHIS.TXT  A welcome letter explaining this whole thing!

  JOIN-K&S.APP  For you SysOps.  Fill this out to join K&S and become an
		official release site!

  SWITZER.TXT   A TXT file used to promote Switzerland BBS and our FREE
		Scanning.  Use this as a bulletin and/or make it available
		for your users to download.
